2. Reseller programs. MySkiingLifestyle.com is an authorized reseller for products that can be purchased directly from this web site.  In these cases, MySkiingLifestyle.com will be responsible for the collection, maintenance and use of customer information as described above.

RETURN POLICY

• All products purchased on MySkiingLifestyle.com are subject to the manufacturer warranties.  Therefore, all returns of merchandise for refund or replacement is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and/or cost restrictions unless otherwise stated on the MySkiingLifestyle.com product description page.
• If you purchased an item from a manufacturer’s web site and want to return the product, then you must return it directly to the manufacturer in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on the manufacturer’s web site.
• Damaged or missing items to the original package may result in additional charges that will be deducted from your refund.
• Customers may be responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
• If required by law, MySkiingLifestyle.com will add sales tax to your order.
• MySkiingLifestyle.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on its web site.
• The maximum liability arising from any product sold on MySkiingLifestyle.com shall be the price of the product ordered.

Shipping Policy

Orders shipped directly from manufacturers are subject to the terms and conditions on their web sites.

Products ordered directly from the MySkiingLifestyle.com web site ship anywhere in the United States, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time on Friday will ship the following Monday. Unless otherwise requested, all orders will ship UPS Ground.

Our standard charge for shipping and handling is $14.95 per item. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $250.00.  However, additional charges will apply for rush orders and/or special overnight delivery.

Please allow 5-10 business days for receipt of your order.

We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. MySkiingLifestyle.com currently does not ship outside of the U.S.

Orders that are paid by personal or corporate check will be shipped after the check has cleared our bank.
